AI, wired into your business.

Agents that read your mail, answer your chat, file your paperwork and look after your computers. Under rules you set, with every step on record.

Built by a small broadcast company that needed it first and runs on it every day.

Assistant 19:41
  1. Prepare Thursday's job for me.
  2. Reading last week's mail, 3 messages with attachments
  3. Tickets found: out Thursday 06:40, back Saturday 21:15
  4. Call sheet and hotel booking filed under the job
  5. Crew list checked against the group chat, one change noted
  6. Reminder set: leave for the airport at 04:50, local time
  7. Done. The itinerary and four files are in the job folder. Want me to move the hotel closer to the venue?

What becomes possible

Mail, chat and paperwork
Agents read the inbox and draft replies for you to send. They answer a question in a group chat, find the document someone asked for and file what comes in. Invoices and bank exports go into a ledger you can simply ask: what did we pay for that?
A job prepared from the paperwork
Tickets, call sheets and bookings arrive by mail. By the evening the itinerary, the flight details, the reminders and the files are in one place, and you check them on your phone.
Your own computers, without a VPN
Windows, Mac and Linux machines dial in to one hub. An agent can install, fix, render or monitor on any of them, with nothing to set up per machine. Every session is logged on the machine itself, and every change goes into a ledger with the reason.
One supervisor, several agents
Work is handed between agents on a shared board, each with its own job and its own access. The supervisor keeps the overview and interrupts you only when a decision is yours to make.
Rules, logins and a trail
Access per agent and per person. One login with passkeys for every internal tool. Push notifications to your phone when something needs you, reminders that surface at the right moment, and an assistant that knows which time zone you woke up in.

Already running

Also in daily use: a short-link service, file transfers with upload requests, live speech translation for guests, and a ledger built from bank exports.

How it works

This is integration work, not a product off the shelf. It starts with a conversation about what eats your time: the mail that waits, the files nobody can find, the machine across town that needs a restart. Then the agents are wired into exactly those places, with access rules decided together and a record of everything they do. You stay in control, from your phone.

554 Media is a one-person broadcast company. This setup was built to run its own operation first, from invoices to live events, and has done so every day since.
